ISO 9001 Certification

By meeting the certification criteria, we officially confirmed our ability to work within a quality-controlled system that is constantly being verified. Implementing and following the QMS (Quality Management System) has been adopted by the company management a voluntary activity. Efforts to maintain and improve the QMS are regularly reviewed during certification and surveillance audits.

 

An increase in the pregnancy success-rate for embryo transfer has been a direct positive consequence of introducing the QMS, as has the increase in client satisfaction; simultaneously, the risk of error during the treatment process has been minimised at every stage.

 

By proclaiming our quality policy, we are building on our mission – to actively help all clients longing for a healthy baby, while adhering to our Code of Ethics in our provision of medical care.
